1. Contracting party

Your contracting party is the operator named in the legal notice. Transport is provided under the Austrian hire car and taxi trade licence.

2. How the contract is formed

The routes and prices shown on this site are not a binding offer. Submitting the booking form places a booking request. The contract is formed once we confirm the journey to you in writing by email. Only that confirmation is binding.

For routes without a stored fixed price we prepare an individual quote. The contract is formed when you accept that quote.

3. Prices and what is included

All prices are per vehicle and per journey, not per person, in euros. They include the journey on the agreed route, luggage in the usual quantity, ski and snowboard equipment, child seats, tolls and tax.

They do not include additional stops, waiting time not caused by us, or changes to the route after the journey has begun. We charge for such services as agreed.

4. Payment

You pay the driver, in cash or by card. We ask for no prepayment and no deposit. We issue an invoice on request.

5. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. For later cancellations we reserve the right to charge costs already incurred.

If a passenger does not appear at the agreed place without cancelling, the journey counts as taken. We accept change requests by phone or email and accommodate them as far as scheduling allows.

6. Flight delays and waiting time

For airport pickups we track the flight number you give us and adjust the pickup time. Waiting time caused by a flight delay is not charged. This is why the flight number is mandatory when booking.

For pickups unrelated to a flight, 15 minutes of waiting time from the agreed time is free of charge.

7. Luggage, child seats and animals

The number of items of luggage is limited by the vehicle booked and must be stated when booking. If significantly more luggage is brought than stated, we may decline carriage or charge for a larger vehicle.

We provide child seats free of charge when they are requested at booking. Under Austrian road traffic law, children under 14 years of age and shorter than 150 cm may only be carried in a suitable restraint system.

Animals are carried by prior arrangement, in a suitable carrier or with a muzzle and lead.

8. Passenger obligations

Safety instructions given by the driver must be followed and seat belts must be worn. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the vehicle. Where soiling requires special cleaning, we charge the actual cost.

9. Liability

We are liable under the statutory provisions for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, and limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, weather, road closures or traffic events outside our control. We keep items left in the vehicle and return them, but accept no liability for their loss.

10. Right of withdrawal in distance selling

For contracts for transport services provided on a specified date, § 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act excludes the statutory right of withdrawal. Our free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup applies regardless.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the passenger habitually resides remain unaffected. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
